Aurora Borealis
Hulahula River Valley

Aurora borealis (or northern lights) is caused by charged particles, which originate from the sun, interacting with atoms and molecules in our atmosphere, creating ionization and the emission of light. Green auroras occur due to the ionization of oxygen molecules about 60 miles above earth's atmosphere, whereas the extremely rare red ones happen at about 300 miles above Earth's atmosphere.
